Since opening in 1869, Kangaloon Public School has played an integral role in shaping generations of learners. While honouring our rich heritage and tradition we embrace innovation. We support our students to become confident, creative and responsible global citizens. With a clear focus on literacy, numeracy, and essential life skills, our School Excellence Plan ensures every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our teaching, valuing the wisdom, stories and cultural knowledge of First Nations peoples.
Our school provides a caring, challenging and well-resourced learning environment where each student is encouraged to thrive. From Kindergarten to Year 6, students are supported by skilled educators who foster engagement, responsibility, and a love of learning.
